Every order ships in insulated, sustainable packaging. It should stay at the right temperature in transit and arrive cold and fresh.

We deliver locally.

We hand deliver your order with zero packaging. We have bags if you need them. You can also leave a cooler out if you won't be home.

Where do you deliver?

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We don't currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you're very local in Pennsylvania, we offer local delivery to certain zip codes.

Who delivers my order?

For Local Delivery, we hand deliver your food with our own vehicles and drivers.

For UPS Home Delivery, we obviously hip via UPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the farm so you can follow it the whole way.

How will my order arrive?

For Local Delivery, your food will simply be handed to you. We have bags if you need it.

For UPS Home Delivery, everything is packed carefully in an insulated box with ice packs. Fresh stays fresh, cold stays cold. Your order will hold its temperature for several hours after delivery, so even if you're not home when it arrives, it'll be waiting just fine at the door.

What if I'm not home when it's delivered?

No problem at all. 

For Local Delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs out. We'll put your order in there for you.

For UPS Home Delivery, your order will be left at your front door in its insulated box. Just get it into the fridge the same day it arrives and everything will be in good shape.

How long does the milk stay fresh?

Our raw A2A2 milk should stay fresh 14-21 days after you receive it. That's when it's stored at 33°F to 35°F. Keep it at the back of your fridge (not the door, where the temperature fluctuates) and it'll hold up well through the week. Give it a shake before you pour. The cream rises to the top, and that's exactly how it should be.

Is there an order minimum?

For Local Delivery, there's no order minimum.

For UPS Home Delivery, there's a minimum order of $50. This isn't arbitrary. It makes sure your box has enough product to stay at a safe temperature throughout the trip from our farm to your door.

When is my card charged?

Your card is charged the day after the order deadline, not at the time you place it. If anything is out of stock (which is rare), it will be removed from your order and you won't be charged for it. You'll always be charged for exactly what you receive, nothing more.

Can I set up a recurring order?

Not yet. But that's something we want to add soon! If you sign up for an account, we'll be sure to let you know when that happens.
